Please submit online to ensure enrollment is secured in our database, and mail hard copy with payment. 

PLEASE ENCLOSE REGISTRATION CHEQUE WITH YOUR APPLICATION: Canadian and American Teams $1000.00 CDN or USD. Acceptance of this team entry releases the sponsors, the officials, arena management, and the tournament from any liability for any accident or injury which may be incurred by a player or team official while attending or participating in the TORONTO MARLBOROS JUNE FACE-OFF INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT.

Hotel Accommodations
Reduced "June Face-Off rates" and features such as free parking have been arranged with the hotels. All hotels are in close proximity to arenas, restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions. In order to offer these rates the tournament has not entered into any third-party agreements with travel agencies or travel groups offering their booking services. Managers/Team reps should contact the listed hotel of their choice directly, or acceptance may be rescinded.
